Coffee Mate is combustible - flammable **

WARNING! DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!My brother and I had heard that Coffee Mate was flammable. We were curious, so we did some research on the chemistry behind it and decided to conduct an experiment of our own. We had acquired Coffee Mate, some matches, and took necessary safety measures. On standby, at the feet of the videographer, is a fire extinguisher, garden hose and buckets of water. In case either my brother or myself were set aflame, we are knowledgeable in ways to spout the fire, including the 'stop, drop, and roll' technique, which we know works - because of past experiments.**A conversation can be held about which terminology to use, but I put both 'combustible' and 'flammable' in the title to make the video more accessible.

What is it in the coffee mate that makes it so flammable?...starch? Just curious, because I consume an awful lot of this stuff over the course of a week!
